Your Guide to a Well Workplace

AchieveWELL is the Wellness Council of Indiana’s workplace wellness assessment, evaluation and recognition program. It meets organizations where they are and guides them to the next level of well-being by using tools, templates and personal coaching to help deliver comprehensive and consistent workplace well-being efforts.

AchieveWELL is not a contest, ranking, judgment or replacement of your wellness program. It is a strategic process intended to provide a roadmap to sustainable well-being efforts. Whether your organization is just beginning its well-being journey or you have already achieved high-level well-being, AchieveWELL provides support and recognition to help you grow.

This program is available exclusively to members of the Wellness Council of Indiana.

4 STAR

Requirements

  • Proof of program(s) addressing chronic disease management issues

  • Multi-dimensional focus on well-being (physical, mental, financial, community, etc.)

  • Minimum of five programmed activities for employees ongoing throughout the year

  • Evidence of community involvement

  • Documentation of increased awareness toward safety, ergonomics and/or corporate risk mitigation

  • 24 months of continuous program activity

5 STAR

Requirements

  • Five years of continuous program activity

  • Written narrative highlighting evolution of wellness initiative

  • Demonstrated proof of community involvement beyond financial support

  • Demonstrated movement from extrinsic motivation-based programming to intrinsic motivation-based business alignment and results initiatives

  • Proof that wellness is part of the company culture

  • Evidence of senior leader involvement, beyond just financial support

AchieveWELL FAQ’s

AchieveWELL is a program available exclusively to Wellness Council of Indiana member organizations and participation is included in their annual membership investment. Learn more about Wellness Council of Indiana membership, including pricing, here.

The AchieveWELL process looks very different for each organization. Process length depends on a number of factors, including the current state of their employee well-being efforts, whether the organization has a dedicated staff or team members to managing the company’s process, which designation level is being sought, etc. If you have questions about what AchieveWELL would look like for your specific organization, please contact Christina Stafford at [email protected].

Absolutely! The AchieveWELL program is not a ranking or a contest, rather a strategic process intended to provide a roadmap to sustainable well-being efforts. The 3 Star process helps organizations lay the foundation for well-being in their organization.

Of course! We encourage high-achieving companies to participate in AchieveWELL. Even if your company has great efforts in place, companies can benefit from mentorship, evaluation and recognition for their program.
