View our Wellness Council of Indiana webinar focused on how the Indiana Workplace Well-Being Badge Initiatives help employers strengthen workplace culture while recognizing leadership in employee well-being. This session will provide an overview of how the badge initiatives work, how organizations use them to guide meaningful action, and what participation and recognition look like throughout the process. The webinar will highlight three current badge initiatives:

  • Ending Weight Bias Badge – supporting respectful, comprehensive workplace practices and reducing weight stigma
  • Recovery Ready Workplace Badge – supporting employees impacted by substance use disorder through stigma reduction, policy alignment, and practical resources
  • Breastfeeding-Friendly Workplace Badge – supporting employees through lactation-friendly policies, practices, and workplace environments

Participation in the badge initiatives is free, flexible, and designed to meet organizations where they are—whether just getting started or building on existing efforts.Join the Wellness Council of Indiana for an upcoming webinar focused on how the Indiana Workplace Well-Being Badge Initiatives help employers strengthen workplace culture while recognizing leadership in employee well-being.
