Employer Connection Series – Kosciusko County: Bridging Gaps in Workplace Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Resources
Kosciusko County will host a community-driven convening of Hoosier organizations, Bridging Gaps in Workplace Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Resources, to navigate the barriers in accessing care, and strengthen local community responses and preventive efforts around substance use disorder and mental health.
The goals of this event series are to:
- help employers understand stigma and its impact on the workplace,
- explore best practices for creating supportive policies and procedures,
- leverage local resources and programs for employee support.
