
UPDATED! Governor Holcomb announced new restrictions to assist in the COVID-19 battle:
- A statewide recommendation on the size limits of all gatherings based on a county’s COVID status (25 limit for a red county, 50 for an orange county, 100 for yellow county and 250 for a blue county). Exceptions may be granted through submitting a written safety plan to local health departments (through February 28)
- Face coverings are required for all Hoosiers. Businesses of all types must place clearly visible signs at their public and employee entrances notifying all that face coverings are required (see prior executive order).
- All customers in restaurants and bars are required to be seated. Tables, counters or other seating arrangements must be spaced six feet apart.

- NEW! The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) has reopened for new borrowers and certain existing PPP borrowers. APPLY! Now businesses including 501(c)(6) nonprofits, local news media organizations and housing cooperatives may apply. Under the $900 million stimulus approved by Congress in December, the PPP program also changes how PPP loans are taxed, tax credit eligibility changes and more. Funding for first-time PPP loans is available through March 31, 2021, or until new funds are exhausted.
