Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) equips participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize signs of mental health and substance use challenges, respond with confidence and compassion, and connect individuals with appropriate resources. Through discussion, practice, and real-world scenarios, participants learn how to start supportive conversations and better support mental well-being in the workplace. WCI delivers the Adult Blended MHFA model, which includes approximately two hours of self-paced online pre-work followed by a live, instructor-led training session. Participants who complete the training receive a three-year MHFA certification. Who Should Attend Employees, supervisors and managers, HR and benefits professionals, and wellness and safety professionals. No prior mental health experience is required.
