The Indiana Chamber and Wellness Council of Indiana are now seeking qualified speakers for the 2021 Indiana Wellness Summit. The 2021 Summit will be held August 12-13, at the Westin Indianapolis.

New in 2021: We will be offering a hybrid summit, with the option to attend in-person or virtually.

Please note: If you are interested in submitting a KEYNOTE please email the presentation description and title, as well as your speaker requirements/cost, Jennifer George at jgeorge@indianachamber.com. The CFP form is for breakout/technical sessions only.

We encourage any wellness consultants, attorneys or “experts” to invite clients/employers to co-present, regardless of topic. This gives an element of practicality to each session, giving the attendees actual “best practices” to take away from the Summit. We are also seeking advanced and strategically-oriented sessions, as well as topics related to innovation/tech and case studies.

Turning in a presentation abstract does not guarantee you a spot on the agenda. The agenda committee will decide from the submitted presentations which are appropriate for the 2021 agenda.

The due date for the CFP form to be returned is February 12, 2021. Due to promotional and continuing education deadlines, late entries will not be considered. Only submissions provided via the online portal will be considered by the committee; please do not submit presentations via email or members of the Wellness Council.

All sessions will be 60 minutes in length, including Q&A.

Speaker Payment Policy

No speaker honorarium or fees will be paid to any breakout session speaker for this Summit. We do not cover meals outside of those provided at the Summit, nor provide a per diem.

Speaker Travel Policy

We will provide up to one night (one room per speaker) at the Summit hotel only (Westin Indianapolis) for speakers traveling from outside of central Indiana. All other travel costs incurred are the responsibility of the speaker (subject to change).

Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, attendees, speakers and sponsors. The Indiana Chamber, The Wellness Council of Indiana and The Westin Indianapolis are taking every safety precaution recommended by the CDC and state and local officials for this event. This event will offer both an in-person option with limited capacity and virtual attendance. Your session will be recorded and made available to all attendees to view on-demand for six months after the conference.
