Interesting article about how prescription drugs are becoming a bigger source for legal action.  More serious are the employees who are not being compliant with their medical provider.  I find this article reveals an issue of the employee not taking the issue of his blood pressure serious enough to schedule a visit ASAP with his primary care physician.

What happens if he is back at work, non-compliant, and his blood pressure spikes?  Stroke or a heart attack would be likely.  This is where this is not only a legal concern but also a responsible and accountable concern for both the employees and the employers.
