About

The workplace has always included people, but despite the best efforts of most employers, these people haven’t always felt genuinely cared for. While the modern workforce has challenged leaders to adjust their way of thinking, no one has shown them how to authentically alter their approach. For years, work has been viewed as a transactional experience and employees have been seen as assets to be managed.

But the modern workplace has changed. Today top talent is attracted to leaders that connect them to cause, culture and community. Magnetic leaders are the difference between companies with high turnover and companies with high retention. “Designing the Employee Experience” will explore the “employee experience” is and uncover what leaders need to pursue to not only have higher employee engagement, but truly thriving organizations.

Throughout this interactive and self-reflective event, attendees will learn:

  • the qualities magnetic leaders possess
  • the 7 things employees not only value, but need within their leader and organization
  • next steps for attracting, engaging, recognizing, rewarding and empowering their people
