This idea that being among friends and family will increase the longevity correlates well with Gallup’s wellbeing philosophies as well as Dan Buetner’s Blue Zones concepts.  I guess Indiana needs to get out and be with people more, since the Hoosier state ranks 39th out of 50 states in life expectancy.
