The Wellness Council of Indiana developed the “AchieveWELL” Certification Award as a blueprint to assist employers in creating a corporate culture that encourages and supports employee health through worksite wellness programs. AchieveWELL provides a clear understanding of the necessary components of successful worksite wellness and recognizes excellence in the field of health promotion.
AchieveWELL does not dictate what you should do or how you should run a worksite wellness program. Rather, AchieveWELL audits your initiative, provides proven best practice concepts, and ensures you are establishing proper protocols for a successful workplace wellness strategy. Think of it as an independent assessment of your wellness processes.
AchieveWELL is divided into three levels: Three Star, Four Star and Five Star. Each level provides a set of standards to be achieved before a worksite can qualify. The standards are progressive from the Three Star Award through the Five Star Award.
