The Three Star level of Achieve WELL is available to all Wellness Council of Indiana members as part of their yearly membership fee. The components for successfully receiving 3 Stars include the following:
- Top management support, planning by a wellness team,
- A needs assessment and analysis, program goals linked to business goals,
- A formal operating plan, a promotion/communication plan,
- An incentive program, safety initiatives, evaluation of planning and activities,
- A 2 year operating plan and a supportive environment.
The Three Star Certification is designed primarily to assist those organizations just getting started in worksite wellness or who have no formalized programs. The 3 Star Certification requires a yearly review/update of your worksite wellness program in order to maintain the 3 star level.
