A healthier Indiana will result in an even stronger economic position for our state. With that important mission – part of the Indiana Chamber’s Indiana Vision 2025 economic development plan – in mind, you are invited to attend one of 10 national Health Means Business forums. The Indiana Chamber will welcome national and state leaders on Friday, February 5 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in downtown Indianapolis.

The forum is hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Indiana Chamber Foundation, Wellness Council of Indiana and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. It will include a mix of speakers, panel discussions and audience engagement opportunities with participants tackling community and state health priorities. Carl Chapman – chairman, president and CEO of Vectren – will deliver the keynote address. Indiana State Health Commissioner Jerome Adams and Ball State University economist Michael Hicks also will be featured speakers.

The Indiana forum will be the sixth in a series of 10 events as part of the Health Means Business campaign. Previous forum locations include Denver, Oklahoma City, Orlando, Memphis and Fort Worth, Texas. The forum will leverage the influence of local, regional and state businesses to empower healthier individuals and communities through education, employment and income.
